With more lean muscles in your body, they will burn more calories to maintain themselves, thus building lean muscle mass is the best way to burn the fats in your body. All the exercises in this section are clearly illustrated and well described, thus you should have no trouble understanding the exercises.

Over the past few months I've had contact with countless people who used Fat Loss 4 Idiots, and I can now write this article on how well this diet fulfills its promises.

Lose 9 Pounds In 11 Days Review - Is This Claim True or Is it a Scam

After talking with all those users of Fat Loss 4 Idiots I've been able to arrive at some statistics on the true weight loss you can achieve with this diet. Although there are people who managed to lose 9 pounds in 11 days and even more (the best one was 11 pounds in 11 days), I'd say the average weight loss of Fat Loss 4 Idiots, is slightly lower than 9 pounds. I put it at 7-8 pounds. Of course a few people did a little better, and some a little worse but that is the average.

So does Fat Loss 4 Idiots fulfill promise #1? In my experience, I have to say that the answer is no, but they're not far off. In fact, losing 7-8 pounds in 11 days is still considered a very fast weight loss rate.

As to promise #2: Fat Loss 4 Idiots is built in 11 days cycles with 3 days of rest in between. Rest days are really days in which you can leave the Fat Loss 4 Idiots menu and eat what you like. No one loses the same amount of weight on each cycle, so to say that you lose 9 pounds every 11 days isn't an accurate statement. However, people do report a continued weight loss in later cycles. They may lose less on the 3rd cycle than what they did on the 2nd, but the important thing is that people continue to lose their excess weight. So again, you may not lose exactly 9 pounds every 11 days, but you will lose weight in that time, which is the important thing.

One thing to remember. Even if you lose far below what Fat Loss 4 Idiots promised, say 6 pounds in 11 days. This is still an impressive weight loss which means that you're on the right track. Therefore, I wouldn't get locked in on a specific number, but judge the diet for what it is. For many people it's a success.

The Calorie Shifting diet that is illustrated in Fat Loss 4 Idiots is one of the most popular diets today. But is it a scam or a true success? With so many diets being pushed into the publics eye what makes this different than any other diet?

Even if Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a successful seller how do I know it will work for me? When I started on the diet program for myself I had the same questions that everyone else has when starting a new diet. The difference is that I never saw my life changing as much as it has because of a diet. I was roughly 50 pounds overweight less than a year ago when I jumped on board with the program. I wanted to make sure though that if I was going to go full throttle that it was going to be with a diet that I would not end up disappointed with.

My biggest issue, or should I say issues, were taking on diets that:

1. Did give me immediate weight loss only to eventually gain the weight and possibly even more weight back.

2. Did give me immediate weight loss but did have long term health risks which I was not willing to take.

3. Did give me immediate weight loss but my entire lifestyle changed because I am one who enjoys food but was now being subjected to salads and other "health junky" foods that did not keep me interested.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots promises that you will lose 9 lbs. every 11 days. I myself was able to lose roughly 7 pounds in the first 11 days and others that I have spoken to about this diet were definitely in the same area as myself. Some were higher than 9 pounds.

3 things about the Calorie Shifting diet that allowed myself and many other to stick to it is:

1. Not only was I able to lose the weight quickly but I was to keep it off in the long run b/c I was not lowering my calorie intake slowing down my metabolism.

2. The Calorie Shifting Diet is not a health risk but actually very healthy for your system b/c you are not depriving yourself of any food group but instead you are just altering your day-to-day menu.

3. With the Calorie Shifting Diet I am able to eat the foods that I like to eat. Like everything in life "everything should be taken, or in this case eating in moderation."

But what about long term results? That's what I wanted to know.

Of course, like everything in life there are some individuals who I have spoken to about the Calorie Shifting Diet who have not had as much success as others. Whether or not they followed the program as well as they should have no one will ever know but I can tell you that they are few and far between. I encourage you to take advantage of this program.
