If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use EveryMine and its subdomains and services. As a condition to using the Service, you agree to the terms of the EveryMine as it may be updated from time to time. Violating of any of this Terms of Service by you may result, in our sole discretion, in termination of your membership, suspension of your account and/or your registered publisher ID and/or your IP-Address. EveryMine integrates Web Content Mining and Revenue Sharing Programs that enable the users to earn money by sharing many objects such as videos, images, games, and/or articles from other websites or from their own resources. Every time you embed and/or paste the objects on EveryMine, you have to insert the source links from each objects, automatically or manually, if the objects are shared or gained from other websites and/or external links or resources. The contents displayed as search results or linked to by EveryMine Services are developed by and for users. The search results that appear from EveryMine's indices are indexed by EveryMine programs and computers automatically.

EveryMine also prohibits you to include any illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted or copyrightable work. Even though, there is a small chance that you may become exposed to such prohibited items while using the Website or the Service. If so, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, advertisers, or corporate partners will in any way be responsible for any damages incurred or suffered by any party or caused by any party arising out of or related to any such exposure. You are solely responsible for the content that you post/share. EveryMine doesn't hold any copyrights of any of the contents shared on EveryMine.
EveryMine may not screen the source sites before including them in the search results. It may produce search results and/or links to sites that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. EveryMine can not guarantee that an EveryMine search will not locate unintended or objectionable content and EveryMine has no responsibility for the content of any site included in any search results or otherwise linked to by the EveryMine Services. EveryMine is not responsible for the contents found through external advertisements. You may not use the EveryMine Services to sell a product or service, or for commercial reasons, except through EveryMine's features.
